Please enter and review your personalization carefully. We will personalize your gift exactly as you enter the text. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accents marks, umlauts, etc.). Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards. If you want a product personalized with an "s" or " ´s ", please enter it as part of your personalization. (Please refer to the product image for a sample of the personalization font and style.) To order more than one item, change the quantity on the shopping basket page and add your personalization. If you are requesting multiple lines of engraving, please label each line (example: Line 1 - John Line 2 - 7-15-2010). All personalization is done as shown except where an image choice is available. We do not make font changes. Cocktail shakers and Pilsner Glasses with more than 3 initials will be done in the font shown for the Can Koozie and the Sports Mugs.NOTE: If MONOGRAM is requested we will engrave a MONOGRAM font as you have entered it. We will not change the order of the entered information. MONOGRAM FONT WILL COME with the middle letter larger than the other letters chosen: AGJ (Typically the middle initial is the last name, monogram = FIRST LAST MIDDLE initials). Candles and FavorsCandles are available in white or ivory. Candles can be printed in either Silver, Gold or Black Ink. Candles are banded with either a Gold or Silver band. When ordering a candle we will need the following information: Bride & Groom's name (first names only)and the wedding date to be printed on candle. The Memorial Candle will accommodate up to three names. The Second Marriage Unity Candle will accommodate the names of six children. When ordering a candle deluxe set or memorial set, please specify the stand color as well.Shipping and HandlingEngraved gift orders will ship within 2-3 business days from our Minneapolis, MN warehouse.Personalized candles and favors will ship in 4-5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your proximity to Minneapolis, MN. Most orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the day of shipping. Weekends and holidays are excluded. If you have a question regarding delivery, please call us at 1-888-445-8444. We ship orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx or Speedee Delivery Service. All orders shipping to Hawaii must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day air service. Due to the weight and size of several items, we reserve the right to contact customers with an adjusted shipping amount when selecting Next Day or 2nd Day air shipping.- International: International Orders

Return PolicyPlease inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Please keep in mind, PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date, defective or damaged, as we cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RA NUMBER before returning. We will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. We will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only. Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date; this will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages please follow the instructions below: - Was the shipping container damaged? If so, you will need to keep the original shipping container for a possible claim to be made with the shipper.
- Call 1-888-445-8444 and ask to speak to the returns department
- Place the RA # given (return authorization number) on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department in our offices. PLEASE NOTE: Any package arriving with out a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
- Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly, as we are not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.
- You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as we cannot be responsible to merchandise lost in transit.
